Breaking the Contract with Authority

The Father Is the Child’s First Authority

Before a child understands power, responsibility, consequence, or their place in the world, the paternal field is already communicating:

This is what is expected of you.
This is what makes you worthy of respect.
This is how you survive in the world.
This is what happens when you disobey.

The father is often the child’s first teacher of authority.

When his authority is conscious, it provides protection, direction, structure, and the confidence to enter the world.

But when fear, judgment, absence, control, or unresolved ancestral law enters the bond, the child may begin living under an authority that is no longer outside them.

Sometimes the law is openly painful:

You are weak.
You will never succeed.
You cannot be trusted.
You are a disappointment.

Sometimes it arrives disguised as responsibility:

Be strong.
Do not make mistakes.
Make me proud.
Carry the family name.

Both can become internal prisons.

This retreat is an invitation to examine the authority you still carry inside.

Where discipline became punishment.
Where protection became control.
Where responsibility became over-seriousness.
Where the fear of judgment replaced trust in your own authority.

And to begin breaking the inherited contract that still governs your life.

The Hidden Pattern

How the Father Wound May Still Be Governing Your Life

The Father Wound does not always look like conflict with your father.

Sometimes it looks like living as though you are still being tested, judged, or measured.

The One Who Tries to Prove Their Worth

You learned that approval, safety, or respect had to be earned through performance, obedience, strength, or success.

  • You feel guilty when you rest or slow down.
  • You are deeply affected by criticism, disappointment, or disapproval.
  • You feel pressure to be responsible, capable, and in control.
  • You struggle to feel proud of yourself unless someone else recognizes your effort.
  • You treat mistakes as evidence that you have failed a larger test.
  • You overwork, over-prepare, or over-explain to avoid judgment.
  • You believe success will finally make you feel secure, legitimate, or worthy.

The One Who Rejects Authority Before Authority Can Reject Them

Or the wound may wear a different disguise: rebellion, defiance, distrust, and the refusal to be controlled.

  • You resist advice, structure, or leadership even when it may help you.
  • You assume authority will eventually become controlling, humiliating, or unsafe.
  • You abandon commitments when they begin to feel restrictive.
  • You may confuse freedom with having no limits, obligations, or consequences.
  • You struggle to receive protection, guidance, or support without feeling diminished.
  • You ridicule, dismiss, or distrust people whose authority activates your own wound.
  • You would rather walk away than risk being judged, controlled, or found inadequate.

Two opposite-looking strategies. The same wound.

Somewhere along the way, authority became fused with judgment:

“If I become strong enough, successful enough, obedient enough, or impossible to control — maybe no one will ever have power over me again.”

These patterns are not evidence that something is wrong with you.

They are adaptations.

They were intelligent responses to the paternal authority, absence, judgment, or instability you encountered as a child.

But the strategy that once protected you may now be preventing you from building the inner structure required to hold your own power, purpose, and authority.

The Paternal Contract

When Authority Becomes a Contract

The child does not consciously decide to surrender their authority.

They sense what preserves approval, protection, and belonging.

They learn what earns respect.
They learn what brings punishment or ridicule.
They learn what power is permitted.
They learn which parts of themselves must remain controlled.

“I will make you proud so I can feel worthy.”

“I will stay strong so no one can see that I need protection.”

“I will obey the rules so I am not judged, rejected, or punished.”

“I will reject authority before authority has the chance to control me.”

The wound is not only what happened.

It is the law you built your life around.

Healing is not about rejecting your father.

It is about releasing the role you learned to play beneath his authority, absence, judgment, or expectations.

And beginning to discover how you are meant to live without waiting for permission or bracing for punishment.

This retreat is an invitation to release the inherited laws that still govern your life and begin building a relationship with authority that is rooted in self-trust.

The Retreat Journey

Recognition. Release. Reclamation.

This is not a weekend of blaming your father.

It is an opportunity to recognize the laws, expectations, and survival strategies you formed beneath paternal authority — and begin releasing what no longer belongs to your true Self.

Part One

Recognition

See the original paternal imprint clearly.

  • Identify the role you learned to play beneath authority.
  • Recognize where approval became fused with performance, obedience, or success.
  • Notice the rules you still follow to avoid judgment, rejection, or punishment.

Part Two

Release

Begin loosening the old paternal contract.

  • Release the need to prove your worth to an internalized authority.
  • Create space for anger, grief, disappointment, truth, and unmet longing.
  • Allow the body to soften out of bracing, over-control, obedience, or rebellion.

Part Three

Reclamation

Reclaim the authority you once placed outside yourself.

  • Build inner structure that supports rather than punishes you.
  • Strengthen self-trust without rejecting guidance, limits, or responsibility.
  • Begin living without waiting for permission or organizing your life around disapproval.

The goal is not to become less responsible.
It is to stop confusing responsibility with fear, punishment, and the need to prove your worth.

Your Unique Paternal Imprint

The Father Wound Is Not Generic

Each person carries the paternal imprint differently.

During this retreat, we will work with your Design Saturn placement in the Human Design chart — the place that reveals the particular structure, consequence, and inherited law you are here to understand.

Your Design Saturn reveals the law your body may still be living beneath.

The expectation you learned to obey.
The consequence you learned to fear.
The authority you may still be trying to please, resist, or outrun.
And the mature inner structure that is ready to be reclaimed.

Recognize

The law you inherited

Release

The fear of judgment and punishment

Reclaim

The structure that can hold your life

You do not need any previous knowledge of Human Design.

Your chart becomes a mirror: not another authority telling you who to be, but a way of seeing the inherited pattern clearly enough to stop living beneath it.

" Urges and impulses to control and keep busy have evaporated. Generational shame, the pain of unworthiness has dissipated. My body locked in tension and immobility have opened up and I feel peaceful. "

- Sexual Alchemy Participant

"The whole thing built upon itself in a very organized way so that ILLUMINATION flowed evenly and inevitably. Piece by piece my ‘wound’ felt attended to. Very elegantly, gently … the process of this retreat made clear the very moment my ‘rebel’ was created … This retreat was EXCELLENT for me."

- Father Wound Retreat

"What felt powerful was how clearly the space translated non-locally. Even from the UK, alone in my own environment, the field felt intact and strong. Being in my own home actually allowed my nervous system to settle more deeply, without social awareness or group energy to track."

- Closing the Circle Retreat Participant

"I honestly feel like I’ve broken out of a prison I held myself in for so long. What a miracle it is to hear the voice of my body and let the not-self mind move aside. My heart is full."

— Lilith Retreat Participant

"This retreat really cracked me open and I experienced the most profound spiritual awakening I have encountered thus far on my spiritual path. I felt energy move through my body and release blockages—some were painful, others were blissful. I have made peace with my father and even felt empowered to display his photo for the first time since he passed. My connection to God has transformed. I honestly feel that I have healed my Father Wound and found peace"

- Father Wound Retreat Participant

"I feel more grounded and in my power. The kriyas and breathwork have shifted something. I’m not playing small anymore to make others feel big. I finally feel like I deserve to take up space."

— Lilith Retreat Participant

"I am now confident that I am never too much. And that I will not entertain relationships that don’t have room for and appreciate all of me. I want to practice more and more being in the body consciously. The teachings give so much clarity and confirmation. This retreat has given me the permission to rise with or without the men in my life."

-Father Wound Retreat Participant

"I realized I had tied my food restrictions to spiritual starvation. I forgave myself. I started blessing my food. I started feeling desire again—for life, for nourishment. This retreat gave me that."

— Lilith Retreat Participant

"I’m feeling safe in my body—trusting it, rather than trying to manipulate it. My boundaries feel simple. My real self is becoming more clear. This is self-sovereignty. This is sacred."

— Lilith Retreat Participant

"These retreats continue to change my life. I feel inspired to follow my heart and trust my body. I’m learning how to live from my spine—not from fear."

— Lilith Retreat Participant

"absolutely LOVED loved loved the fusion of Kundalini Yoga Meditations with this work--it brought on such an opening and shift for me. I am forever indebted to you and the group. I adore group gatherings like this and know the impact we have on each other and the collective."

- Super Power Participant

"First, my sincere gratitude for the amount of love and caring and research you put into your teachings and guidance for those of us that have appeared for you."

Death and Dying

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this retreat about blaming my father?

No. This retreat is not about reducing your life to a story of what your father did or did not do. It is about recognizing the laws, expectations, survival strategies, and relationships with authority that formed within the paternal field.

You can acknowledge your father’s humanity while also telling the truth about the authority your body learned to obey, resist, fear, or seek approval from.

What if I love my father or had a generally good relationship with him?

You do not need to have an obviously difficult relationship with your father to benefit from this retreat. The paternal imprint can be subtle.

It may arrive through absence, overwork, silence, high expectations, emotional distance, protectiveness, criticism, religious authority, family duty, or being praised for becoming strong and responsible.

The question is not whether your father was “good” or “bad.” The question is: What did you learn you had to become in order to receive approval, protection, respect, or belonging?

What if my father was absent, unknown, or died when I was young?

The paternal imprint does not require a consistently present father. Absence can become its own form of authority.

You may have formed beliefs about protection, trust, worth, masculinity, responsibility, abandonment, or what can be expected from others. The retreat explores what your system built around the paternal presence, absence, or mystery you experienced.

How will we use my Human Design chart?

During the retreat, we will work with your Design Saturn placement in the Human Design chart.

This placement can reveal the particular law, consequence, pressure, or structure your body may still be living beneath. It will help you recognize where you may be trying to please authority, avoid punishment, prove your worth, or reject control.

You do not need previous knowledge of Human Design. You will be guided clearly.

Is Saturn being presented as punishment or something negative?

No. Saturn reveals where structure, responsibility, consequence, and maturity are required.

The difficulty begins when healthy structure becomes fused with fear, shame, harsh judgment, perfectionism, or the belief that life is constantly testing you.

The purpose of the retreat is not to escape Saturn. It is to reclaim a form of inner structure that supports your life rather than punishes it.

What is the Kundalini Yoga Rebirthing Session?

The Saturday afternoon Rebirthing Session is a deeper guided Kundalini Yoga practice designed to help loosen inherited patterns connected to authority, punishment, obedience, over-control, rebellion, and the need to prove your worth.

The purpose is not to force an emotional release or endlessly revisit the past. It is to give the body an opportunity to soften out of an old structure and create space for a more conscious relationship with responsibility, power, and inner authority.

Are the practices physically demanding?

The practices are accessible and modifiable. Some sessions, including the Kundalini Yoga Rebirthing practice, may be deeper or more sustained, but the work is not about force or performance.

You will be encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, modify movements, and work at your own pace.

What if I am sensitive or easily overwhelmed?

This retreat is structured to reduce overwhelm, not create it. Being in your own home allows you to regulate your participation and work at your own rhythm.

You may pause, rest, modify a practice, turn off your camera, or return to a replay when you need more space.

Is this retreat only for women?

No. The Father Wound can shape anyone’s relationship with authority, responsibility, success, protection, power, and self-trust.

The retreat is open to anyone who feels called to explore the paternal imprint and the inherited laws still influencing their life.

Is there a community component?

Yes. There is a private community forum available for reflection and connection. Participation is optional.

This retreat is fundamentally a contained personal experience supported by a collective field. Your process does not depend on sharing publicly or interacting with the group.

Do I need prior experience with Kundalini Yoga, Human Design, or astrology?

No. You will receive clear guidance and orientation throughout the retreat.

Those with experience will be able to work with the material at a deeper level, while those who are new will have the structure needed to participate fully.

What is the difference between a reading and this retreat?

A reading offers personal precision and individual interpretation.

This retreat creates a longer transformational arc through live transmission, Human Design teaching, guided practice, embodied exploration, meditation, and post-retreat integration.

This is a group container rather than a series of individual readings or hot seats.

Do I need to attend live?

No. All sessions are recorded and uploaded shortly after each gathering.

Attend live when you can and use the replays when your schedule or personal rhythm requires more space.

How long do I have access to the replays?

Standard Access includes two weeks of replay access. Lifetime Access includes permanent access to the downloadable recordings, slides, PDFs, audio files, and retreat materials.

What is the refund policy?

Due to immediate access to the retreat space, preparation materials, and private community, there are no refunds once you register. Please enroll with clarity.

I have a question before registering. How can I reach you?

Email: support@neutrinoastrology.com

After registration: You will receive a short form requesting your birth date, exact birth time, and birthplace so your Human Design chart and Design Saturn placement can be prepared for the retreat.
