The daily meditation practice will be no longer than 30 mins each day.

The Reflection Questions will take about 30 mins/week. It depends how deeply you want to dive in.

The weekly teaching videos will be about 1 - 1.5 hrs/week. (You'll be able to listen on your i-pod on the go.)

Weekly Meetings will be about 2hrs .

These meetings are not mandatory but it helps to listen to others share their experience. You are in no way required to share openly with the group. All meetings are recorded.

The Closed Facebook is also optional. You can connect to others on the same journey for support.

You have to break a couple of eggs to make an omelette.

This means, yes, you'll get emotional and this is part of the work. However, the program is laid out in a gentle way so that you can still function especially if you have responsibilities to young ones.

Remember this is not business as usual - you'll have to make time for you.

You will learn tools to manage your emotions and gain a deeper compassion for yourself and others.

You'll get to the point where you'll welcome these emotional releases became it means growth and more self love.

As long as you practice the daily meditation and be willing to cry and face your pain you will be fine.

Anyone can practice these meditations and exercises. As long as you have a breath in your body you can benefit. This technology will integrate the teachings within your body/mind and help to stabilize you through great change.

 Each Sadhana you can practice on a chair or couch. 

The program uses specific advanced meditations each week for a desired outcome as well as perceptual tools.

The tools are Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Psychology, Shadow Work, Human Design, Astrology, Writing  and the Gene Keys.

But your Life Experience is the real tool to bring you the greatest transformation.

This is an online 8-week online program that you can do from the convenience of your own home.

All the content lives on the site that you have access to in your library section. 

Each week a new module is released to you. You'll receive an e-mail message to let you know when the content is released.

There are teaching videos, a meditation video, audios and pdfs found within each module. You will also see the recording of the weekly meeting there too.

There is a lot of information packed into each module for you to digest.

As long as you know your birth time within 2 hrs you'll be fine. You will need your Astrology and Human Design Chart at some point in the program.
