The vibrational frequency of the planet has been steadily increasing. As a humanity we are transitioning out of a 2,000 year old cycle called the Piscean Age and moving into the great Age of Aquarius.

This much anticipated cycle change means a radical shift in human consciousness otherwise known as Evolution.

The ancients from many traditions have warned of this time of great change. They have told us that we need to change and become more aligned with our Spirituality and Heart. We would know that this change was upon us when we saw increased  Solar Activity and many Earth Changes.

The Age of Aquarius is Coming

Bottom line is that we’re moving away from an ego centered world of separation to become more heart centered and connected. We are moving out  the of the language of me to we.

The Piscean Age was ruled by machines, hierarchies and ego. The new Aquarian Age will be ruled by awareness, intuition, wisdom (lived knowledge) and experience.

The Great Awakening

The Aquarian Age is dawning and there is a great awakening sweeping the planet right now. We are coming out of a deep sleep. This is the great age of Truth when humanity will move away from the darkness of the ego to remember their true identity. 

This is the Age of Empowerment. The Age of Mastery and the Return of the Divine Feminine.

The ancients have said that this time is a rare opportunity and is the best time to be alive on the planet right now. The Age of Empowerment - Age of Mastery and the Return of the Divine Feminine.

The Information Age will Precede the Great Change 

We are now in the Information Age.

The average person is subject to as much information in one week as our great-great-great grandparents were exposed to their entire lives. 

Technology such as  Smart Phones, Social Media, TV, Internet, the radio and advertising, the human psyche is bombarded with information at an astronomical rate. Without a buffer zone for the mind, this information acts as 24/7 bombardment of emotional manipulation causing mental overload, or what we call stress. This is only going to increase.

We must let go of the old ways - they will no longer work.

All of my programs are rooted in helping you  transition into this New Paradigm of Being.

Evolving through Emotional Body 

Generally speaking, we have a physical, emotional and mental body.

 In the distant past we evolved through the physical body and in the recent past we evolved  through the mental body.  For the Aquarian Age we are making our way back to Spirt Awareness - to know ourselves as Energy Beings. The last frontier is our Emotional Body and this is the door way into the vibrational - the Soul.

We are now evolving through the Emotional Body. This means our greatest challenges in life are actually rooted in blocks that have crystallized within our Emotional Body.  These blocks can go back many lifetimes.

2027 is the Next Great Marker 

In the next 7 years as we come closer to 2027 the emotional body will start releasing making our lives and this world turbulent and chaotic. It will be crucial for each person to learn to manage and heal their emotional body.

Spiritual Leapfrogging Will No Longer Work

Spiritual leapfrogging is when you want to be in the light and the feeling of bliss without purifying your emotional body of the past hurt and pain.

Essentially wanting to leap from the physical and mental body into the Soul. (Many spiritual paths unintentionally promise enlightenment through spiritual leapfrogging.) 

To be in the Higher Self we must first walk through the Emotional Body. No one likes going in there because it is filled with sadness, grief and anger that has  been repressed for many  lifetimes.

These emotional patterns follow us into our present lifetime and manifest by the many challenges we experience in our life.

Emotional Body and Inner Child

The emotional body is the inner child! This is the most efficient way for you to access the emotional body is to heal your inner child. There is a child within us that never grows up and is often unconsciously running our behavior, perception and choices.

Divine Child - Christ Consciousness 

Once this hurt wounded inner child has your attention and unconditional love - it then transmutes into the Divine Child. The Divine Child is the heart opening to Divine Love. The Divine Child is the Christ Consciousness that will be birthed for the Aquarian Age. This is the direct experience of our innocence and purity as Spiritual Beings.

Christ Consciousness is NOT Religious

It is the seed potential inside each one of us that is experienced as the feeling of Universal Love. This brings us into Unity with ourselves and all of creation. 

We don’t try to be truthful - we are Truth. We don’t try to be peaceful - we are peace. We don’t try to be compassionate - we are compassion.

This program is a deep healing of your Inner Child focusing on the first 7 years where all of these emotional patterns gets laid down.

The Self Sensory System is also called the Solar Plexus Awareness System.

For the Aquarian Age, the way that we experience reality is radically changing. We are moving from experiencing reality through the Mind (Mental Awareness System) to the Soul (Solar Plexus Awareness System).

The Solar Plexus is the portal into our Emotional Body and is going through a huge mutation for 2027.

Feelings (not emotions)  are how the Soul communicates to us. 

Through this new awareness system you will experience yourself connected not only to every human on the planet but also to the birds and wildlife, the oceans, the trees, to marine life and the planet herself.

Some people believe that they are doing their Solar Plexus (Emotional Work) if they work on their Navel or 3rd Chakra.

These are two different animals. The Solar Plexus is connected to Enteric Nervous System found in the stomach region which is also called the second brain. 

This is part of the NEW 9 Centered Being that we have been evolving into since 1787.

The 3rd chakra is part of the old 7 centered being that came out of the  Hindu Brahmin Chakra System. The 3rd Chakra is the ego center in this new system whereas the Solar Plexus is a whole new center.

This program gives you more information and insight into your Human Design Chart and how it relates to your Solar Plexus.

The daily meditation practice will be no longer than 30 mins each day.

The Reflection Questions will take about 30 mins/week. It depends how deeply you want to dive in.

The weekly teaching videos will be about 1 - 1.5 hrs/week

Weekly Meetings will be about 2hrs . These meetings are not mandatory but it helps to listen to others share their experience. You are in no way required to share openly with the group. All meetings are recorded.

You have to break a couple of eggs to make an omelette.

This means, yes, you will get emotional and this is part of the work. However, the program is laid out in a gentle way so that you can still function especially if you have responsibilities to young ones. Remember this is not business as usual - you'll have to make time for you.
