Happy Full Moon - March promises to bring us  intense energies - to get us on our right path.

Are you feeling lost, confused and can't make sense of anything.

This is the energy of the Full Moon.

Full Moon - Divine Energy 

Gate 64 activates the moon and this gate has nothing to do with the body. It sits in the crown chakra that is vibrationally located above your head.

The 64 has been activating the whole planet into a state of Confusion. 

Divine energy is creating a pressure in the crown chakra  to release memories from your past.

The not self (ego/mind) is trying to make sense of it but remember the crown chakra is not an Awareness center like the Ajna. The Crown is just releasing memories  - purifying us of the past. This is ungrounded energy!

Stay grounded and don't try to make sense of what is going on in the world or your life. The mind does not understand and you'll end up getting a headache and.or anxiety from this mental  pressure. Relief will come from this men...

What's the Theme for this Week?

We are in the shadow pattern of doubt and confusion. This shadow comes up when we face uncertainty and we are definitely in that place with the Coronavirus Outbreak and the shake up of the Kundalini Yoga Community. So much change in the world which is part of our transition into the Aquarian Age.
