Shadow of Expectation

If you tune into your subtle nature you'll be aware of when new shadow patterns come in. This is especially true with the quality of your thoughts.

If the Shadow of Expectation had a voice this is what it would say:

"I'm disappointed with the success of my business or project."

"I thought I would be much further down the road than where I am at present."

"I'll feel better when this CoronaVirus ends and things get back to normal."

"I'll be happy when I'm in a perfect relationship or make this amount of money."

"I don't have enough time to achieve my goals."

"That will never work because ... (something bad will happen)"

Basically this shadow negatively programs your perception through your attachments.
