New Moon - Stay or Go?

The New Moon on Friday Feb 9 is activating the 49th Hexagram - this is the Divorce or Separation Gate.

We could see relationship dynamics come to a head with angry outbursts. The energy wants you with the people who share similar  principals and values. 

Pluto In Capricorn, since 2008 had us in karmic relationships to fast track our debts. Or you may  not have been in a steady relationship during the majority of this period. Your karma could have been to be single. 

Now with Pluto in Aquarius for the next 20 years - our relationships take on a more progressive feel to them. These are the relationships that are rooted in friendship as their foundation. We now come together in love, friendship and respect instead of fulfilling karmic contracts. 

The 49th gate is the butcher - it separates those alliances that keep you from moving forward in your life.

Jupiter Goes Direct in the 49th Gate

Jupiter rules our laws and goes direct in the 49th Gate on Monday and stays there until Nov 24, 2021.

This is an important transit because the 2021 New Year chart had  Mercury (49) joining up with Jupiter (19) to create the channel of independence.

The themes of 2021 were  old support systems breaking down and flooding of information. And one of our lessons was to become more independent from outside institutions.

Break Down of Society  

The 19th Gate asks, "I need food, clothing, shelter and money to survive." The 49th Gate (leaders of the tribe) answer with, "We'll accept you into the tribe if you follow these principles."

We are given an education, training, religion, a job, money, a medical system, marriage, entertainment  - everything to support our material journey.

And in exchange we follow the principles of the tribe and give our energy, money and time to keep the system thriving....

The New Moon is in the 49th Gate - the Gate of Revolution.

Revolution is one of the major themes of 2021. (I presented a 4hr 2021 webinar on it back in Dec)

What Does it Mean Collectively?

Remember that the Full Moon energy (Jan 28) was lighting up the 19th gate - Shadow of Co-dependence? Letting go of our dependencies on something outside of ourselves whether that be relationships, addictions or outside authorities. Basically anything other than the Divine.

The Gate of Revolution (49) says that the collective be cautious of Tribal Leaders promises of security and survival in exchange for our obedience to new rules and regulations that may or may not be correct for us as individuals. You must determine that for yourself through prayer and meditation.

What Does it Mean Individually?

No Real Transformation happens without the fuel of Emotion.

Notice how the 49 sits in the Solar Plexus - the seat of our emotions?

This moon cycle can be very emotional!
