2022 has launched in name only!
Energetically the new year begins when the Sun moves around the wheel and lands on the 41st Hexagram. This event takes place on Jan 22, 2022. Right now the Sun is in the shadow of struggle. You can see why New Year's Resolutions turn into a weekly to do list.
Doesn't Mean That You Can't Take Pause To Reflect on 2021
Remember that we are in an important 7 year cycle (2020 - 2027).
If the Titanic represents our institutions then in 2020 we saw the iceberg, 2021 we hit it and in 2022 the water starts to rush in.
According to the 2021 New Year's chart our collective lesson was to transmute the shadow of codependence (19th hexagram).
Spiritually this means putting someone or something between you and GOD.
Collectively we are letting go of our dependency on these old institutions that were formed much earlier than that of our birth.
Pluto Leaves the Shadow of Psychosis
Also of note, Pluto is leaving the shadow of psychosis after 3 years on Jan 16, 2022. (It makes a short return in Oct/Nov.)
