New Moon - Mutative Energy

As you can see, the new moon chart has a lot of definition (color) through two powerful mutative channels.

Pluto (60) meets Venus (3) to create the Channel of Mutation. Mars ( 12) meets Neptune (22) to create the channel of Openness.

What Does it Mean?

This month promises change. This is deep mutative inner change that we don't necessarily see in the external world - yet!  The realm of 3D time and space has to catch up. 

Remember that all the change we see in the world is actually coming from inside each one of us.

We may not see the change but we will definitely feel it. You may feel a little bit melancholic this month - before you go to the drug store - remember that this is the chemistry that indicates you are going through your own mutation. This can take the form of spikes in your body temperature for no apparent reason.

You also have the potential to mutate your community through your voice but it comes with a caveat.

The New Moon is in the 42nd Gate - Shadow of Expectation and Gift of Detachment

The New Moon is a paradox - we are to begin new things and at the same time embrace endings.

The shadow of expectation doesn't want to let go. All those expectations we may hold such as, when things get back to normal, when that person changes their behaviour, my life will go this way if I do this.

Expectations are actually mental images in your mind that often don't match up with Life. As you can imagine, this  shadow can lead to deep disappointment and despair.

Now is the time to detach from expectation. This may involve a grieving process - mourning all those expectations that you are still holding on to.

The greatest mantra right now is, "I don't know".

We don't know where our destiny is leading us as a humanity or in our own personal story. All we can do is to commit to this human experience !
